We believe in offering a total body experience using various techniques to keep you healthy and in shape. Vibe Body fitness classes are led by talented and motivating strength and conditioning fitness coaches. These classes will integrate various body sculpting exercises that strengthen the major muscle groups used during indoor cycling including your core, legs, glutes, and arms. You can balance, bend, and burn your way to a toned figure using ballet barres, the Pilates method, kickboxing, kettlebells, and weights.
