Cycle and Circuit
If you enjoy cycling, but you also like to use weights and kettlebells during your workout routine, you can get the best of both worlds with our Cycle and Circuit classes! For one Vibe Ride cycle class credit, you can book one of our Cycle and Circuit classes today!
Our Cycling and Circuit fitness classes provide a total body workout with 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of circuit training (or, 25 minutes/15 minutes in our 45-minute Cycle and Circuit classes). While you are cycling, the computers on our Keiser M3i bikes will allow you to see your miles, power, gear and RPM as you pedal through class. Our Performance IQ Leaderboard will also help motivate you to do your personal best as well as help you push your fellow classmates to meet their fitness goals! Our high-energy, circuit training classes use hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, kettlebells, and your own body weight to sculpt and tone your entire body.
A towel and cycling shoes are provided for all Vibe Ride Cycle and Circuit class. Please bring water and athletic shoes for fitness classes such as these. All fitness levels from beginner to advanced are able to take this class.
