INTRO

Vibe Ride Indoor cycling certification is the only rhythm-based indoor cycling certification that includes performance technology training. This certification founded by successful studio owners who know how to teach methods designed to enhance fitness performance, and to make your classes stand out from traditional cycling classes. FAQs

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please wear workout attire and bring cycling shoes if you have them. Please also bring a towel, water, headphones, music on a mobile device (it can be your cell phone) and pen and paper. You may also want to pack a snack.

How often are the workshops?

Please check this site or email info@theviberide.com to find out about upcoming certification workshops. If a date does not fit your schedule, your group can schedule a private training.

What Is the cost for me to attend a certification workshop?

If you register by the early bird date, the cost is $199 per person. The early bird date is indicated in the description of each workshop. After that, it is $249 per person. Course study materials are included in the cost.

LIMITED SPACE

Space is limited to optimize participation and to keep the certification workshops interactive. It is advised that you register at least two weeks prior to the workshop.

EARLY BIRD FEES

To qualify for the early bird discount on certification workshops, your certification fee must be postmarked, phoned, or faxed at least 30 days prior to the workshop date.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Registering on-site is accepted on space available basis only, and the regular price must be paid, without any discounts or special offers. Workshops are subject to cancellation. Please call Vibe Ride two days before the workshop if you plan to register on-site, or if you are traveling long distances.

I want to host a Vibe Ride Certification at my studio

Great! Please fill out the form, below. Please note that the cost is $2,499 per six-hour session, plus travel expenses. Travel expenses will include car mileage or coach airline ticket reimbursement, travel to the hotel and to the training (if not within walking distance), and a one-night stay at a hotel. Course study materials and certificates of completion for each participant are included in the cost.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Confirmed workshop registrations are non-refundable. After you have made your payment, refunds are only given if the workshop is cancelled. Registrants may transfer their registration to another workshop if one takes place within six months of the one the registrant could not attend; however, a $50.00 re-registration fee will apply.
In the event that Vibe Ride must cancel a live workshop due to inclement weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified of the cancellation by the phone and/or email that the registrant provided with as much advanced notice as possible. The registrant will be offered the opportunity to re-register for a future workshop at no additional charge, or will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. Registrants who must travel a great distance and who may incur travel and lodging expenses are advised to call and email Vibe Ride to confirm the status of a workshop prior to making travel arrangements. Vibe Ride will not reimburse travel-related expenses incurred due to a cancelled workshop.
