Nicole Antrice Martin

Nicole first journeyed into fitness back in 2011 when she rediscovered her love for Yoga and by 2013 she became a certified yoga teacher. From there she continued to pursue other modalities becoming a certified Cycle and Group Fitness instructor; in hopes to reach more people and help them achieve their fitness goals. You can catch her teaching Cycle, Yoga, Group Fitness Classes and the occasional Hokey Pokey. Expect laughs and tons of awkwardness in her classes but above you’ll have a really good time. #AwkwardVibes
