VIBE RIDE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Thank you for your patience as we took time to ensure the safety of our community prior to re-opening our studios. As we re-open we will be proceeding with new guidelines and precautions to protect our members and staff! Below you will see a list of changes that will affect our clients. Please read carefully as we have made several changes to our operational procedures as a result of COVID-19. Also, please watch the video for your Atlanta studio (Midtown, Grant Park) to understand the new procedures.
All memberships will be activated. If you are uncomfortable returning at this time, please let us know and we can extend your membership freeze. Please email the studio where your membership is located Midtown ([email protected]), Grant Park ([email protected]) and Detroit ([email protected]).

WELCOME BACK!
We regularly schedule professional deep clean and sanitization of all of our studios before we re-open any doors. Upon arrival, please observe social distancing guidelines and direction.
All clients must execute a separate COVID-19 waiver if they created an account prior to June 15, 2020. CLICK HERE TO SIGN THE WAIVER FOR MIDTOWN. CLICK HERE TO SIGN THE WAIVER FOR GRANT PARK. You may also sign in person when you arrive for class. There is a separate waiver for each Vibe Ride studio.
Please reserve your spot in class prior to the class.
The studio doors will open ten minutes prior to class starting. For each studio, there are separate doors for ENTRANCE and EXIT. Please use the appropriate door.
Self-check in options will be available via the Vibe Ride IOS app, so you will not have to check-in at the studio. Enable your location settings to allow the VR app, it allows you to check in when you are near the studio. You are still required to be on time for classes. You will not be able to check-in any guests booked on your account so they will need to check in with staff at the front desk.

STAY HEALTHY!
Please refrain from coming to any studio if you are feeling ill or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. Your temperature will be checked prior to permitting entrance to the studio.
Access to lockers, cubbies, and showers is currently off limits, for your safety. Also, there will be no amenities to reduce touchpoints (i.e., hair ties, lotion, etc.). Please only bring necessities with you and come dressed to exercise if you can. Your belongings will be in the studio with you, so we want to limit the amount and size of them.
Please bring your own towel (no towels will be provided) and water. Drinking from the water fountain is prohibited.
Please purchase your own cycle shoes (https://theviberide.com/store/#!/Cycling-Shoes/c/28732921/offset=0&sort=normal) as renting shoes will be on hold and limited for your protection. If you do not have cycling shoes, you may not be able to clip-in to the pedals.
Please do not congregate in lobbies or hallways before or after classes.
Masks are required for entry. Clients, please put on a mask or face covering prior to entering the studio and remove it only prior to working out. Please put it back on after exercising.

NEW RULES, SAME VIBE!
We will have smaller class capacities to ensure we are following safety and social distancing guidelines. Due to limited capacity we will be strictly enforcing the late cancel and no show policy. Also, please note that if you come to the studio after class has started, you will not be able to take class that day and will be marked as a no show.
Cleanliness has always been a priority, but we are increasing time between classes to ensure proper disinfectant of all surfaces between clients! We will also be disinfecting all common surfaces hourly and deep cleaning our studios daily.
We are limiting the amount of equipment sharing in our body classes to reflect more stationary options as well as temporarily discontinuing the use of weights in cycling classes.
Although the coaches will still have the same energy, you will be experiencing it farther away, as they will not be interacting as closely with the clients.
Thank you! We are excited to welcome you back, and please reach out with any questions!
