Our signature Rhythm Ride indoor cycling classes pair dance-inspired upper-body movements with pedal strokes for a unique workout that will increase your endurance and tone your body. Our Keiser M3i bikes have computers that allow you to see your miles, power, gear and RPM. Our Performance IQ Leaderboard projects your stats onto two oversized flat screens to motivate you to do your best!
|Cycle & Sculpt / Cycle & Circuit
|This class provides a total body workout with 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of circuit training! (or, 25 minutes/15 minutes in our 45-minute Cycle and Circuit classes)
|Yoga Sculpt / Bodyflow Sculpt
|Yoga Sculpt is a fun, challenging and energizing practice that combines traditional yoga postures (asanas) with free weights, cardio, plyometrics, core work and body weight exercises. Yoga Sculpt is a sweaty, high intensity practice that builds lean muscle mass, burns calories and improves balance. You can expect upbeat music, creative sequencing, strength training exercises and invigorating vinyasa flows.
|Using the vinyasa method, power vinyasa is a yoga based practice that is best for strengthening and lengthening the body through a sequence of poses and breathing techniques.
|CUT Body Bootcamp
|This Total Body fitness class is off the bike. CUT Body will tighten and tone your problem areas and build your endurance. Get ready for lunges, squats, sprints, and other strength and conditioning exercises to sculpt your body!
|Total Body Circuit
|Our high-energy, circuit training classes use hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, kettlebells, and your own body weight, to sculpt and tone all parts of your body. This class focuses on strength training and building muscle while incorporating different fitness equipment into your workout with a variety of circuit training. The class format will provide a workout that encompasses your whole body, some muscles you didn’t even know you have!
|Total DOMination Bootcamp
|Bootcamp incorporates a full-body workout that is guaranteed to get your blood-flowing! We will combine different cardio and strength training techniques to get you one step closer to your fitness goals, all classes are formatted differently for that day, expect a very high energy group fitness workout!
|Ever dreamed of being a rock star? This is the class for you, come POUND it out with our POUND pro instructors. POUND uses lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, these sticks transform drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
|Knock Out! (Cardio Box)
|This class will provide a rhythm based style workout infused with boxing, calisthenics, conditioning, with emphasis and attention to toning and weight loss. Class duration is a non stop, action packed 45mins.

|Kiss my abs is high-energy class that optimizes fat burning capabilities by moving you to different strength and muscle-building exercises off the bike, with a focus on core strength and slimming. Expect to sweat and crunch to uptempo music!
|Barre is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body! Using small controlled movements and the ballet barre you will have that dancer’s physique in no time! In this class expect your traditional Barre group fitness class with our own unique VIBE!

|Barre, Booty and Beats! This is not your typical Barre class, expect great music, energy and exercises focused on that booty! This class uses the traditional Barre exercise with a Hip-Hop twist! You won’t be disappointed & your backside will thank you!

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility & core stability all at once! We incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that uses your body weight to complete the exercises with weighted work, resistance bands, plyometric movements and more!
