Class Description
Rhythm Rides This is the party on a bike you’ve been hearing about! Workout to the beat of the music with colored light and maybe music videos and DJs, depending on the class! Our signature Rhythm Ride indoor cycling classes pair dance-inspired upper-body movements with pedal strokes for a unique workout that will increase your endurance and tone your body. Our Keiser M3i bikes have computers that allow you to see your miles, power, gear and RPM. Our Performance IQ Leaderboard projects your stats onto two oversized flat screens to motivate you to do your best!
Cycle & Sculpt  This class provides a total body workout with 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of circuit training! (or, 25 minutes/15 minutes in our 45-minute Cycle and Circuit classes)
Yoga / Yoga-ish/ Yoga Sculpt This class combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Vinyasa Flow Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create Lean muscles, strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Bolt Pilates  Bolt Pilates is a contemporary take on old school pilates. A mat workout that is choreographed to upbeat music. Classes are a “vibe” and challenging to ensure a full body experience. No special socks or shoes required.
CUT Body Bootcamp This Total Body fitness class is off the bike. CUT Body will tighten and tone your problem areas and build your endurance. Get ready for lunges, squats, sprints, and other strength and conditioning exercises to sculpt your body!
TRX Get ready for a full body blast to target your entire body! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility & core stability all at once! We incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that uses your body weight to complete the exercises with weighted work, resistance bands, plyometric movements and more!
Bootcamp Bootcamp incorporates a full-body workout that is guaranteed to get your blood-flowing! We will combine different cardio and strength training techniques to get you one step closer to your fitness goals, all classes are formatted differently for that day, expect a very high energy group fitness workout!
